What Bolt-ons
I have a 00 Camaro ss and have the following bolt ons: SLP Lid, QTP Longtubes w/ gutted catted Y Pipe, Borla Catback, SLP MAF, SLP Strut tower brace, KBDD SFC's, Jarrod's Short shifter, ASP Underdrive Crank Pulley, Shaner S3 Throttle Body, SPEC stg 3 clutch, 4.10 gears, aam diff cover, bmr LCAs, BFG G-Force Drag Radials, UMI Adjustable Panhard Rod, UMI Adjustable Torque Arm, SLP Line Lock. Out of all those I would recommend in 1. Lid, 2. Full exhaust, 3. Drag radials 4. 4.10 gears 5. LCA 6. SFC.
The lid is always the first mod everyone does because it's pretty cheap and makes good power. The headers Y-pipe and catback give you awesome sound a a lot of power. If I had it to do over again I'd go with cheaper stuff because it all pretty much makes the same amount of power. The drag radials made my car feel twice as fast because I could actually get traction. People might say not to put gears into the stock 10 bolt but if all you're planning on doing is bolt ons and no serious power adders like a cam, nitrous or blower I recommend 4.10s they make the car a lot more fun to drive and give you a few tenths in the 1/4 mile.
