I have the infamous SLP LTs and the passenger side is dented really bad. How much rwhp you think is taking away from it?

Or-

wouldn't worry about that--or go to a body shop and they can pull it out a bit===waste of time IMO.

You should be fine with damage like that. As long as it's not pinching off the primary very bad, I wouldn't sweat it at all.

I hit a ******* iceberg of asphalt sticking out of a country road and did the same thing to my Kooks, even knocked the nut off the bottom of my K&N oil filter.

You wanna talk about hitting crap in the roadway, look at the pics below of what caused that damage. I actually split a wheel in half due to hitting a chunk of concrete that had to weigh great than 50lbs.

HA, that sucks ^^^^. How did you not see that? My roads aren't that bad, but close.

BTW, I ran over the majority of an 18 wheeler tire on the Hwy doing 60 once. It was IMMPOSSIBLE to avoid. It was in a construction zone with barriers on both sides and suv's all around me. Traffic never slowed down because all them damn trucks and SUV's were high enough to go over it while I slammed into it getting airborne. It took paint of my bumper and tore it on the bottom and ripped my passenger side rocker panel off. I was pissed.

Well, I had just gotten on the bypass and was accelerating, passed a person while in the right lane with someone in front of me, put on signal to switch to the left lane and shifted to fourth and as soon as I switched to the left lane I saw it 20 feet in front of me and was going over 60mph. Not much I could have done but hold on for the ride after the wheel exploded.

They've since fixed the road, but everytime I drive over it I cringe, even while driving the explorer. The funny thing is I was only driving the t/a that day because it was 100 degrees and the a/c in the explorer wasn't working and I was on my way to NAPA to pick up a new low pressure sensor.

**** happens, luckily the car was okay in the end and I was fine.

Is the state responsible for damage to your under carriage, cause the road is their fault...isnt it??

Actually it is covered by the county. The guy above didn't go to the state for header replacement because his car wasn't emissions legal. I remember his thread from what seems like a year ago.
