who mkaes a lid for 90mm tb?
#2
There is nothing specifically made for a 90mm opening...but if you measure the outlet of your lid, you'll find that it is already pretty big. I have a piece of 4" pipe butted up against my SLP lid right now. 4" = 101.6mm (although the exit of my SLP lid isn't perfectly round). Even a TSP 85mm lid is only larger at the very, very end of the lid outlet so it can fit an 85mm MAF sensor...the rest of the neck isn't as big as the outlet.
Don't waste your money looking for a new lid IMO. Been there, done that. The SLP lid I have now is my fourth. I've had the stock blackwing lid (optioned on my 345 HP SS), a Direct Flo lid, the TSP 85mm lid (cracked), and now the SLP lid. The SLP lid is the highest quality of the aftermarket lids I've had, and it is staying. Kinda wish I had kept the original Blackwing lid though That thing was very well made compared to the other crap out there.
