Default Car running really rich after headers

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've searched and read about some O2 switching or something, any way to fix this in EFIlive?

Yup, tune the VE and/or MAF table either by LTFT or a wideband sensor.

Its so rich that its blowing black smoke out the exhaust once it warms up (I think when it goes to closed loop) Is this normal or maybe the mechanic messed up the install?

What year are you? Do you have an intake with the EGR pipe?

Check that they put the o-ring back on the EGR pipe as it will suck in lots of air if there is no o-ring.

MY STFT were at about + 15 and my LTFT at +25 pumping in tons of gas due to the o-ring not being reinstalled.

if the o-ring isn't there..your rpm's will go way up, and then way down, then repeat all over the place....

Did you have cats before install and do you now have them after the install?

When my O-ring wasn't in-place the car idled fine until it started to load up on fuel due to the high STFT and then start to bog.

There was no wide swing in rpms without the o-ring. I actually figured it out by listening for the vacuum leak.
