In HP Tuners, it says: HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1
This means you have a bad front O2 sensor...not sure which one though, maybe someone else knows this. I know it is front though.

Just curious, but why do you suggest the 13111? It looks like those are for vette's and he has an '02 z28. Looks like he needs either 126270 for the front right, or 103374 for the front left. I could be wrong though...

The Bosch 13111's are 'vette rear O2 sensors. They have a stronger heater, and longer wires. LT's on these cars cause O2 problems because the sensor is now so much farther downstream that it gets too cool and you get heater performance codes, or insufficient switching. You also need O2 extensions on the wiring harness on our cars. The 13111 solves both of these problems.
