I just got my PP satin intake earlier this week. Looks like a real nice piece, very happy with the quality. I didn't get fuel rails with it but Professional Products is taking care of that. I will be installing it next week dynoing a few weeks after that so hopefully we'll have some numbers then. I'll post up some pics of it tonight.

I would go with the BBK, Im not saying its better but that price isnt bad and you can still get the power youre looking for.

Byunspeed has them, check their website. The price varies for satin finish, polished, what size opening, etc.

I don't see how you could open it up to 90MM. 80MM no problem. 85MM maybe....Maybe 90MM if some one made the same bolt pattern, but it would be close...

don't know. The bolt pattern is stock LS1/LS6 3 bolt. Most 90MM are LS2 4 bolt..BBK just released an 85MM as well. I have a 90MM ls2 throttle body I was going to try and make an adapter plate for it, but it doesnt look like it will work.

BBK...

I port matched my Weiand intake to my TSP LS6 stage 2.5 heads today. There was a big difference in the head runner and the intake runner. Most of the work was done to the upper and lower walls. The side walls were very close. I didn't do much on the plenum side, just took of some casting flashing...

Before....

After the porting..

also to add to this, I just matched up my template to my stock 241 head and noticed the even with a stock head the Weiand would benefit from porting. The Weiand in stock form blocks about 1/8" of the stock head's intake runners floor and about 1/16" of the top of the runner. It looks like the floor of the Weiand's runner is designed to be portmatched. It wouldn't take much to match the floor to the head..

Chris, in theory, how much of a gain in hp/tq and cfm would you expect from this? Looks good, did you use a SA kit to do it?

I use a porting burr for aluminum to do the cutting/shaping and 80 grit sanding rolls to finish it out. Not sure on how much CFM you will gain, but from just looking at the port differences in the head and intake I would say there is a gain to be made...Probably not much on my blower motor, but on a NA motor for sure..

here's what my heads look like..
