500 fwhp or 500 rwhp? There's a big difference between the two...
For 500 fwhp that's around 425 rwhp, ls6 intake should work fine.
For 500 rwhp you are getting up there, you could easily use a ls6 intake, and it would work great, but it would make much more power at that power level with a FAST 90/90.

I was hoping for 500 rwhp someday. I just wanted to start planning on the right parts so they will all come together down the road later on. Yeah see thats what i'm trying to find out, at what point is it worth switching to a 90/90. So far everyone is saying if i stay n/a i should get a 90/90? so what if i wanna end up doing a s/c or no2?
lol, everytime i think i'm onto something with planning theres always more to these parts lol

If you are seriously planning on getting 500 rwhp, go ported FAST 90/90 right away. It's not going to hurt you if you are making less power, compared to the ls6 intake on. But might as well only buy an intake once, if you see your self going there.
