Default How to tighten throttle cable?

Noticed the other day that there's a little slack in my throttle cable. When the pedal is mashed to the floor the throttle does not hit the bump stop on the throttle body. Checked it on autotap and sure enough it's only opening 95%.

theres a little black cylinder looking thing on the line. Its kindof hard to explain, but basically, it unsnaps, you move the ends farther apart, and snap it back together. Sorry, but no pictures.

Yep...that's it. Make sure you mess with it...it wasn't as intuitive as I thought. I adjusted it wrong, and my throttle body was only opening to 85% I felt like a tard, because I just did it and didn't check.

How the hell did you manage that? I would imagine that all you need to do is tighten the slack out and pop the clips back in?

If I remember right, you actually have to pull the cables away from each other instead of pulling them towards each other to get rid of the slack. For some reason, that just didn't compute in my head...
