Default Ok to clean MAF sensors with battery terminal cleaner?

It's all I got and the local auto store didn't have electric or MAF cleaner. So, is it okay to clean the 3 sensors in the MAF with battery terminal cleaner?

I used a non-chlorinated brake cleaner, and it worked great.

i seen this stuff in a deisel shop the other day looks the same as the maf cleaner can.. dont know what the cleaning agents are in it though.

id get the maf cleaner spray or electronic cleaner , if you can.brake cleaner seems to be a bit harsher compared to electronic cleaner- when i use brake cleaner it gets almost anything off- where the electronics kinda weak in comparison.

I used some nail polish remover (that I borrowed from Jordan) and some Q-tips......

I couldn't believe how much **** was on those wires. They bend VERY easy, so do it gently.

Never saw the actual MAF cleaner, but alcohol and a q-tip has done the trick for me over the years.

Damnit! I forgot I gave that to you. I want it back. Along with the washable douche that you said you needed.

IMO, the most important thing is to check that the cleaner you select leaves no residue. I use brake cleaner, but I have also used electronic cleaner with the same results.
