Are the new substrate Magnaflow cats out yet? I was wondering if anyone heard any updates on this? Are they available yet?
I wonder if they have a 3.5 inch version available?

Not sure what you mean by 'substrate' but the newer metallic core Magnaflow cats have been out for a while. Talk to Tim @ EAD performance for more info because he would know about any other versions.
