2 questions, 1 important. :)
Ok my first question is what needs to change to have Ram air intake? This is the current air box I have... pictures of a ws.6 air system would be helpful. I took the lid off for this picture...
Second and most important question is my car has the 8.8 ford rear with all the crap to make it work on an f-body. When I put the d/s up it looks like it was too short. Check the pictures and let me know... the other thing is the car is "on blocks" and the suspension is hanging. Would that change things? It looks like the d/s isn't grabbing too much of the tranny output to me.
These were taken with my phone, sorry for the quality.
To make up for it...
Thanks ahead of time!

the black thing that your air filter is sitting on needs to be changed to the ws6 version. the filter sits a little higher so that that opening below the lid tabs is bigger. It looks like your opening is blocked off though

someone should take a pic of their ram air airbox...i think non ram air cars have the same black plastic the filter sits on its just blocked with that weather stripping that sits right below those metal tabs. pull weather stripping out and get a ram air hood?

Put the car on the ground, & the driveshaft insert length will change.
Go to eBay & find a used lower airbox, & then find any aftermarket lid for improvements.
And remove the last picture before you get banned, ...
It's not that I don't like it too, but it's not very welcome here.
That's why it's a 'tech" forum.
