Default XS headers and cated Jet Hot Y ?

I have the xs headers and I was waiting for them to come out with a stainless Y pipe w/cats.From what I have been told there are no plans for a cated Y -pipe.I have read on here that the Jethot Y will work.My question is will the Jethot Y w/cats work? Is there alot of ground clearance lost. Will this bolt into the factory cat back system?
Thanks

I guess what I really need to know is does the catted y have less ground clearance than the none catted y?Tainted are you saying that the cats are the same outside diameter as the pipe?

I just talked to Mike at the WS6 Store and he told me the cats fit inside the pipe. That pretty much answered my question.Does anyone here have any pics. of this set-up.I just don't want something all hanging down low.I am also thinking of lowering the stance of the car.
Thanks
