and theyre all expensive though. The OP stated he aint spending $900 on a combo. A LS6 with stock ported/polished Tb will run around 400$.

yeah theyre close in comparision, some say the wieland acts like a giant heatsink though since its made of metal unlike the LS6. Nobody really knows the truth on that though.

i havnt bought the PP intake, but am wanting to grab that one once i get more money, it was said to be making the same, slightly alittle more power than the LS6 intake. and it comes with those fuel rail thingys, dont know if they are larger or what, but i've bought PP intake for my 65 impala and was happy for the quality, specially for the price

i voted the pp.its supposed to make the most power for the money.i have the wieand myself,it is the same design as the ls6,but flows a tad better.i got mine shipped to the door for 420.
there was a notice in upper rpm pull and throttle response.i used my stock ported tb.but will soon be getting the bbk 80mm.the only reason i didn get the pp was that they were having sealing issues at the time.

they used metal intakes so that they could vaporize the air/fuel mixture coming in for more efficient use...

I said LS6 with PP TB because thats how i do things, I go big or small, no in between for me, lol. I was gonna keep the LS6 and stock TB on my new engine but then last minute I gave in and bought a new FAST 90/NW 90.

I would have to say that the PP intake is the best for the money. I just installed mine when I did my H/c swap. I paid 495.00 for ls1 style w/ 85mm T/b. This combo will out flow any other besides the fast 90/90
