Making own vs. Volant Intake?
Making own vs. Volant Intake? This may be a really dumb questoin, but whats really the difference if you where to buy lets say the cone shaped filters and straight tubing that auto zone sells apposed to the volant. They both would do the same thing, im guessing the only difference is maybe auto zones filteres dont work good????
lol ya, wel i have a lid. I just figured it would be better to have an open circle filter thing there instead of a lid. I would neva admit i got it from auto zone lol id tel them i got it from some site

Yah i think it would be easy to do, its just i didnt know if it was better than the lid. Also the volant has that black box around it, ive seen others that dont. Would that really matter?
