front O2 sensor problems
front O2 sensor problems Ever since I installed longtubes my check engine light keeps coming on and throws code P0134 saying my front O2 are not working properly. (the rears were tuned out) Are there any values I can check with my scanner to make sure this code is not making the car run differently/worse? (i.e. adding fuel/pulling timing)

When I installed the longtubes I put in brand new bosch vette sensors. They are less than a year old and I have already swapped them out once under warranty to no avail. This seems to be a common problem problem for people who live in a colder climate since the heater element can not keep up. I don't really care about the little light on the dash, I just want to make sure it is not making my car run in limp mode or something.

This is also known as "Insufficient Switching" Sounds like the Bosch 13111 fix is in order for you too. Here they are for cheap. On a side note, you can now sell your O2 extensions when you get these in, and offset the cost of the new sensors.
