Safe to run dual electric cut outs right after headers?

But I still plan on putting my dual electric cutouts right off the headers as well, in the very near future.
From what I heard that is true. Upon deceleration there will be a slight vacuum that will bring fresh air into the exhaust from the back as the engine is decelerating and that will cause incorect readings by the o2. It will be worst with a big cam that has a lot of overlap.
