If the airflow the engine is sucking in is less than what the fan is pushing out (highly doubtful), then the fan is just going to be blowing the extra air out of the other filter.

 

I like how the blower intake and exhaust ports are only about 1" diameter. I really like how the 3" intake is necked down to 1" to feed the blower - goona get me lots of air from that! The reason the blower can turn at 22k RPM is that it is operating in a vacuum caused by the tiny inlet.

if it did make 8 psi..............wouldnt you just lose all of it throught the other filter.........whoever selling this should be shot
