Are TSP TD's with Pacesetter LT's to much noise for a DD?

Twice the amount of area for the exhaust gases to flow out?

I've run LT's, no cats, TD's, big *** cam etc... for years with both Dynomax Bullet's and now Sweet Thunders. They sound awesome, get complements all the time, even had a copper pull up next to me and drool over it. IMO like good rock music, if its too loud you're too old.

Ive also got LTs with duals and bullets. With dumps I think its way to loud for a DD. It sounds amazing compared to the stock, but after the first few days it just gets to be a little to much. Once the duals are run out the back the difference is like night and day. It refines the sound a lot and makes it a lot easier to drive around town, but it still roars when you get on the highway...That being said it is fun to set off car alarms with the dumps though

It is not loud at idle or at cruise, but once you go WOT its loud. The gas smell is not really bad. When my girlfriend rode with me in it she loved the sound and she didnt say anything about the smell.

The best thing about them is when my ex wife was in the car bitching or whining about something/anything, all I had to do was floor it or downshift, and I'd be like "what? what? Are saying something? Shut the **** up...." Now she's gone and interestingly enough, so is the annoying harpy like whining from the right side of the car. Get the TD's.

By the way, the new gf loves the TD's. She better.

Expensive I'm sure..

Depends on what you think is too loud really. I love loud pipes. Always have.

I'm not sure which is louder, My harley (drag pipes) or my Z (MS4, TD's Dumped).

the only thing i've noticed between my TDs and my friends' LT + GMMG is the gmmg is quiet at idle and loud at WOT...where i'm loud(er) at idle and ******* scream at WOT

i mean, they heard me getting on the freeway from a mile away

but i love it

the only time i'm going to quiet it down some is when i get a cam...but all i will change is adding cats

Yes they are loud, I DD the car I'm sure I'm putting my ears through hell... but it sounds way too good to get rid of. If anything I'd throw cats on and run 'em out the back down the road.

The drone will drive you insane. Cats will help with that some, so would larger glasspacks or even some mufflers.

TSP doesnt offer their duals with the single chamber flows.

I DD with Lt's, duals(x-pipe), no cats and dynomax bullets dumped. It is not bad at all. I dont think it is very loud. At idle it is very tame but once i go WOT all hell breaks lose!

this is not the kind of answer im looking for.......sometimes i feel like im the only person on the board that wants insanely loud all the time. i want my car to make everyone **** their pants when they even think im coming. then i want girls to orgasm instantaniously when they hear me coming, and guys to turn green with envy and barf. i want little old ladies to have an anuerisum and for ricers to run the other way. am i the only person who wants a car so loud Jesus ***** his pants?
