I've heard a lot of bad things about QTP, DMH has a better warranty and i will be ordering a DMH soon.

Got QTP and works flawlessly. Highly recommend it. Friend had the DMH. Might seem better because of there warranty, but just try and get it fixed. Almost impossible.

I have a McCord and have no complaints with it. Motor slowed down after a while, but it leveled off and always works.

I bought a DMH e/cutout about 6 months ago and couldnt be happier! I live about 45 mins away from the DMH company and the owner personally met me half way when i bought it, very nice guy by the way. To me thats pretty good customer service, the 4 year warranty rocks too

QTP here and no real complaints here except that you may have to tighten the butterfly blade set screws maybe once a year. BFD.

A place on ebay sells the electric cutout with a lifetime warranty. I talked to the guy and he said it covers ANYTHING and EVERYTHING! I thought about one of those

I've had the McCord on there since 5/04 and it's still working fine.
Though I guess it probably would appreciate if I gave it some
preventive maintenance.....
