Fast Toys Ram Air???
I have the fast toys ram air and I was wondering if I should block off the Lid from where it meets with my hood scoop? I know they give you a rubber piece when you order this kit, but I would think you get more power from the lid and from the FTRA when it sucks the air from the bottom right? Any thoughts?

It is blocked off so that the air that comes in via the FTRA has nowhere to go except into the motor. If it isn't blocked off, the air box is not pressurized and the incoming air could escape via the front of the box. Block it off

To ensure you get the BEST performance, seal up the airbox and then take a leaf blower or other air source and aim it up into the duct. If there are any leaks around the air box, you will feel them. Seal them up accordingly and your peformance will improve!
