when you look down the pipe they look like they wont flow all that well at high rpm's. Am I just being paraniod? I dont want to put those on and flow crappier than my borla catback. that would defeat the purpose of switching it out.

yeah it open, but it sounds like *****. And I think its stupid how much the catback is worth so I really wanna fab up some duals and sell it. (I got the cat-back for free)
but thats one 3" that has to go over the axle, the duals will be two spiral flows that dont have to go over anything.

The spiral-flows will cost you a few hp on the dyno vs staight bullets but it wont be a ton on a true dual set-up that is overkill to begin with. The Moroso's on true duals wont be any worse than a 3" catback. I LOVED the sound of the spiralflow and got a lot of compliments when I had a single 3.5" dumped.

I have
the spiral flows and I think it sounds great. I get compliments on how mean my car sounds all the time! Im not disappointed in choosing the moroso's over the dynomax at all!

To Kill that nasty rasp, make sure you have a nice free flowing junction. Even with custom y's ive built ive noticed the longer I build my merges the less raspy and more high pitch the exhaust note is when they join.

i had straight pipe and now i have spiral flows they take away most of the rasp and sound mean as hell everybody likes them better then the straight pipe and i dont think they flow that bad about a 1 1/2 pipe through the center with a heliox around it
