I've heard of it knocking a little time off of your et but not enough of a gain for me to risk sucking anything into the motor.

no way would i try it i have seen leafs stuck on the bottom before...plus my maf is descreened

I have one better than a leaf, I had a chunk of foam in there. Glad I had the filter in there. I vote to keep the filter in there.

There was a childrens size sock stuck between my condenser and radiator when I bought my car. Chick I bought it from must have went offroading through a daycare.

dont do it. the gain is so minimal that you wont even notice. you dont race with your airfilter out anyhow
