Check out my score for $500 A friend of mine was selling some LS1 parts and just happened to have a set of LT's and brand new true duals laying around, so I picked them up, along with a BMR driveshaft loop. These should make quite a bit of difference in sound over my loudmouth. Unfortunately the headers have emissions fittings so I'm debating having them cut off and rewelded, then recoated as well. I know it's just a cosmetic thing, but I'd like the engine compartment to look as nice as it can be. What do you think?

They're Jet Hot headers, which are hooker super comps. I'd have the headers professionally welded, so I don't think the thickness of the material would be much of an issue.

not bad... got to be careful w/ DS loops b/c some header/exhaust combos hang too low ect. to fit. i had to sell mine after trying to fit it with washers and longer bolts.. no luck so i need to save and get the tq. arm with the loop. also w/ the LTs, it only sounds louder and meaner at WOT with the loud mouth. i have the original LM bout in 2003. in 6th gear at 60mph rmp is at what 1200?? the tone is smooth and sounds like a stock SS or WS6.

I have heard from a few people that LT's and no cats with a LM just sounds shitty, so I didn't want to go that route. I have a Chris Alston tunnel mount torque arm so hopefully the DS loop fits. If not, I'll fab one up.
