Default Header Long Tube Length...

Does anybody know the different lengths of the tubes on a long tube headers for the F-body? More perferably the ones that are known to work the best on the LS1? I think the set I'm getting used to cut up and fab. up my own set are 1.75" set and I figured I'd check to see about how long I should make the tubes.

Thanks!

I think QTP makes the longest primary, either them or Kooks. Really though it won't make much difference as they're all close because of the limited space. You will see maybe a 5hp difference on a 600+hp motor. Don't sweat it.

Thanks for the info! The SLP's I got are around 32" or so in length, I'll be cutting them up and probably getting close to around 34" or 35" once it's all said and done with after I modify them to fit so that should be in the ball park. I'm going to try to make them as close to equal length as I can but that might be easier said than done. Time will tell if I can pull that off or not.

From my experiance, Kooks generally makes the longest primaries and collectors, and their headers fit the LS1 pretty good.

Anybody know about the size of their primary tubes and how long they are?
