Texas Speed and Performance has a great combo, on the other hand there y-pipe needs a little bit of work, the best bet would be to take it to a exhaust shop and have them fab you up one

Speed inc sells them for a great price as well. I believe they are also $500 for the coated headers and y-pipe. Plus i believe they offer free shipping.

I got my Pacesetters and ORY from TSP for 500 bucks shipped right to my door a few months back. As for whether to go catted or ORY, I'd say go with the ORY and save yourself 200 bucks, and if you don't like it, buy a couple high flow cats, and weld them in. This is what I did.

Speed-inc or Byunspeed give free shipping. I went with Byunspeed and was fairly happy with their service, but they had their O2 extensions on back order for about a month, so I ended up ordering them from WS6store for about $15 less after shipping. They're getting put on next Saturday!

I plan on redoing the car in a few years and changing the setup so will the uncoated ones last for a few years. I don't care about the rust bc everything else under my car need de rusted and painted. also will these sound good with my magnaflow.
