help pleas guys

i have 98 camaro with this mods:

K&N Cold air intake
k&n filter
BBK 80 throttle body
Fast 78 intake
241heads with ARB bolts
ASP crank Pulley
NGK irideum spark plug
MSD spark plug wires
thunder racing cam with comp 26918 springs224/224-112
160hypertek thermostat
hoker long tube headers
X-PIP
two dynoax mufflers
Trans-Go shift kit
B&M cooler
BMR K-member

i want to swap my intake and TB to 90/90 Fast what do you think is better

BBK 80 throttle body Fast 78 intake or 90/90 Fast ?

important pleas told me it will improve my power or it will not and th 78 and 80 better

I think you need to:

1) Work on spelling and grammar
2) upgrade torque converter, if yours is stock
3) Upgrade heads/cam before messing with intake manifold

yeah bro i am from Bahrain and i'm not speak english fluently

but with this 98 camaro ( stock stall , stock gears ) i make 11.89 in 1/4 mile

my friend have 90/90 Fast and i ask if it will gains my power and my 1/4 time

or my 78 fast intake and 80 BBK TB is fine and better

the fast 90/90 would give you small gains yes, but its not worth spending the grand on with what you have already. Instead of spending that money on a new intake you would upgrade your Stall and your Gears. That will make your 11.8 1/4 drop to a 11.5 or lower!
