Replace seal with ASP pulley install?

The crank bolt is a 24mm.
Or, just do it. It's an extremely cheap part. I can't remember if you need to pull the timing cover to get it out - if I remember right, you do. If so, you need to take off the water pump to get the timing cover off.

I don't see how disrupting or removing the stock balancer hurts the crank seal. Hoever... it's only a few more bolts if you wish to inspect the crank seal. Remove the timing cover, and then under a nice, bright light, inspect it for gouges, tears or weak or worn spots. They're only a few dollars. But getting them out of the timing cover is a bitch. There's a special tool for doing that, I used a screwdriver and it took forever.

It pops out from the front with a standard seal puller. It's a few minutes and $5, I don't know why anyone even has to think about it, but thats me....

they might cover it anyway, who knows. hard to relate a pulley causing and oil seal failure, in my mind anyway.
