Are you still on stock manifolds or do you have longtubes? Makes a world of difference.

It's made for stock manifolds/cats, right?

Do either of your cars have longtubes, and, if so, what kind of modifications were necessary to make it fit with them?

I am on my fifth exhaust now and I have the slp dual-dual with an ory and a cutout and qtp longtubes. This is the best exhaust setup if you ask me.

Now, don't get me wrong, with the magnaflow the rasp isn't as bad as a loudmouth catback but it is definitely still present.
Now this is just revving in Park but you get the idea and if has gotten a little louder after a few hundred miles but still sounds great and no rasp at 2000-2700rpm. I do know that to get a true opinion you would have to hear it in person but this is as good as it gets online and you have to take my word for it.

im running magnaflow right now on stock manifolds. sounds pretty good. it is pretty damn quiet at idle though. awaiting to put on pacesetters with ory!! if im not happy with magnaflow with longtubes ill probably go back to the loudmouth!! loudmouth is bad ***!! it is raspy as hell though. but i think our ls1 are just raspy period!!

Stop being pansies. lm this lm that. omg get over it. I don't back it just because I have it but because it is a good exhaust. No exhaust is gonna be stock quiet and never mind.
