with my setup the lm1 is crazy!!! if you are going to go with lt's, a cam, and other mods like that, go with another setup.

I had the loudmouth 1 on my 94 B4C, and I liked it a lot...My friend could hear me from his work when I was a few blocks away...I loved the overall tone, but the drone at low RPMs got annoying after a while, especially if I had a headache or was sick...It made me not want to drive it on those days...

I've got the LM1 on a 98 Z with SLP's lid, stock Y and headers. The quality is definitely there, and the sound and look are great as well. WOT=heaven, "drone" on the highway=heaven. If I wanted a car I couldn't hear, I'd buy a Lexus. Love that V-8 growl...

Havent heard one person say they dont like the way the LM1 sounds on my car. Eventually I am going with LT's and cam and am still on the fence about catted or OR y-pipe. Great quality and easy install unless u have no sawzall like me and had to hold the blade of a hack saw in ur hand and cut the **** outta the old exhaust to get it off due to not having a lift (although that was a problem with stock not SLP hehe)

I have the lm2 and it sounds great on stock manifolds. I will add headers and a cam tomorrow and looking forward to it. Everyone will bash the Loudmouths but they sound mean as hell. The lm2 is a lot quieter than the lm1. And like someone else said every catback will have rasp. I would reccomend it to anyone.

hey jacob, when i bought my car it had the LM1, i hated it, too much drone and resonance inside the car, had to talk louder and play the stereo louder all the time, so..........i said screw it and yanked it off

04 GTO here with LM1. Sound is great, especially with it being a true dual catback with x pipe. The fitment is crap though. It bangs against my drive shaft despite the several tweeks i have given it. My Kooks Lt's are on order, so im waiting for all hell on earth to be released once installed. My neighbors are going to love me.

I love my SLP Loudmouth.
I might switch to a Borlamouth when I get my new Jet Hot LT's, we'll have to see how it sounds.
The 3" Stainless Steel is nice too.

I installed my LMI last week. I don't mind the drone in the city, On the highway i can here it, i suppose on long drives it may get to you, but i like a loud car. The system was a little trickey to get adjusted on my SS. It just clears the rear support arm and seems to vibrate on it at times.

If you guys think replacing the LM resonator with a borla or magnaflow bullet muffler sounds good then look up the chambered mufflers.
