It will benefit you yes. As to which one to run? I could not tell you. I am not an SSRA BGRA person because I have never tried it myself.

I almost got the Flo pac but decided against it because the "ram air" system it comes with barely comes down the front of the car and the system is expensive. I ended up just getting their lid and bellows, and then I went and got the FTRA (fast toys ram air) system and everything went on fine and I noticed a bit from it, the car was more touchy and I was able to get 3rd to chirp a bit easier. I am sure the SLP system works fine, I just was able to get everything at a great price and I felt the system was a bit better IMO.

It looks like a nice quality setup for sure. For some reason I was under the impression that the Flo-pace came with an SLP MAF as well, but its not listed there. Pricing looks great for a CAI/LID/Filter/Bellow setup.

On my car with adding SSRA, 4:10s,TB I went .5 quicker in the 1/4 and picked up 5 mph, should of been more but I was short shifting it(5200 rpm) both the runs were at about 3500Ft and my 60ft were both 2.3. Not bad for the mods
I figure Gears = .3 and 2mph +/-
SSRA = .1 and 2mph +/-
TB = .1 and 1mph +/-
Im sure the FTRA is great also, but I went with the SSRA

could i double up and go SSRA and SLP CAI, or would that be pointless?
