Default Did I put my coolant in right?

I installed my new 160* thermostat, and I had the car on ramps, so all the coolant didn't leak out. So, after installing the thermostat, I went to put in new coolant. I didn't have anywhere to mix it, so I just poured them into the radiator seperately. I ended up pouring about a gallon of water, a bottle of Water-Wetter, and about 1/5 of a gallon of Dex-Cool. This should get me to about a 80/20 mixture, correct? Also, did it hurt anything to pour the water and Dex-Cool into the radiator seperately? Should I pour anything into the "Engine Coolant Only" tube? That is the overfill container, correct? While the engine was heating up the coolant level would drop, and then when it completely heated up, it was back up to the top of the radiator. Is this normal? And finally, I accidentally stuck my finger into the coolant when the cap was off for a second . Could that have messed up anything? I didn't have dirt or anything on it. Sorry for the long post and newbie questions, but I just wanna get this right. Thanks a LOT for any feedback.

Sounds about right to me...

Did you go through the "burping" method to get all the air out?

Yeah, I've gotten almost all of the air out by letting the air flow out of the hose that goes to the TB.

Make sure you turn on your heater on the car to get any trapped air out of the heater core. Also, make sure that you bring the car to full operating temp before you call it a day and close it back up.
