My first dyno with my 98 with Borla, Lid, FRA at 6000 mi. Not alot of hard driving.
301 rwhp 310 tq

Ported MAF & de screened, TB bump, pully, HPP, learned to drive her hard, and ran it hard on the way.
322 rwhp 332 tq. Took out the HPP and pulled
330 rwhp and 340tq.

I can't wait to see what the LT's, high flow cats and 3" all the way does!

The !MAF mod was free. My '00 Camaro had a screen on the MAF. We simply removed it (very carefully). We dyno'd before and after. I was shocked that it bumped up the rwhp by 20. Best free mod I've heard about.

de-screening and porting stock MAF's normally lean the car out a bit. if the stock tuning was on the rich side, that would explain some of the power difference. Also, depending on the amount of time between runs, the engine could have picked up a few HP from cooling.

Yours is a WS6. So u have a better intake with a catback over my car.

the WS6 has the same intake as the standard TA/Z28

The WS6 exaust is only a muffler. not a catback. the pipe from the Y pipe to the muffler is the same.

the ram air is useless on the dyno

so he had a muffler over you, might be worth 10 HP at the wheels...

Id say you are right in the ballpark, keep in mind that different dynos will produce different numbers, and even the same dyno can give high or low runs due to tolerances. Do you know anyone else that dynoed stock on that same dyno? compare your numbers to theirs. also as stated give it some more miles and re do it..

Thanks Freak for the information. I thought that the Intake and exhaust on the SS are different from the Z28. So if ur saying the difference is just 10RWHP that means my Car sucks!!! because i see alot of M6 SS get around 310 or more and thats a difference of 17RWHP or more.

About other stock Camaros on the same dyno he said they all get around the same numbers and he was telling me that my car did good, but i didnt really see any numbers of other cars in front of me. He was telling me about a guy that came with heads and cam and the other bolts ons and he got 430RWHP and he told me that he was impressed by those numbers. Anyways if what ur saying is true about SS have just better mufflers over Z28 then my car really sucks

Mine's an A4 with 2.73,
so this combo didn't help. But, I don't care, really. The car's still a blast!

Oh, we replaced the OE lid with a Whisper unit (kept the OE filter) and the engine picked up 15rwhp and 14rwtq! I'm happy with that $130 mod.
