do they make aftermarket COILS for ls1 dose any one know if they make a coil or coil kit for the ls1 i heard they did but never seen it
if so who make it

Re: do they make aftermarket COILS for ls1 LG Motorsports sells a B&M New Volt controller that you can add to your system. I didn't think they worked with our ignition, but LG told me that they worked very well with the LS1 ignition and that they saw nice gains from it.

The stock GM coils are damn good, and don't really need replacing. Maybe if you were making 900+ rwhp, but anything lower than that and the stock coils are just fine.

Re: do they make aftermarket COILS for ls1 I agree. I see no need to mess with the stock LS1 ignition unless you are making ungodly power. Our ignition is one thing that GM finally got right. There really is no room for improvement in this setup...
