Default Longer Balancer bolt...

Damn it... I've been to two different hardware stores looking for a M16 x 2.0 pitch x 120mm bolt. NOTHING, the closest thing was a 100mm bolt. I'm getting pissed off. Where do you find this thing?

Has anyone made one of these? It looks pretty cool, but I tried to assemble something like this in the hardware but I think I am just too retarted. Any help would be awesome.

Also...I've got a 12pt 24mm socket and I've been looking to buy a 6pt one just for this cam install, but wouldnt you know that everywhere I go they skip 24mm in their inventory. I guess SEARS is next.

what are you trying to do? Are you trying to use the bolt to pull down the pulley on to the crank?

ARP makes a longer balancer bolt

FWIW I've yet to run into a problem using the 12 point on crank bolt.

I found a bolt at a mom-n-pop hardware store. That place is a hole in the wall but has every bolt you could ever imagine. Stainless, chrome, hex head, etc.
