Great work man! As far as the dimensions go, buy a FTRA, create a mock up, and then return the FTRA.

I made my mine using this thread. I used pop rivets and a gasket sealer. I have pics on my car domain page http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2142863 I have measurements but for some reason car domain doesn't let me upload them right now. I drew them up on MS Paint so they aren't pretty, but they will do. If you want them PM me your email and I'll send them to you. *REMEMBER* make your own measurements as well, I take no responsibility for your screw ups! I used the Free Ram Air instructions from Install University as well. www.installuniversity.com

not bad sucks you had to use a dremel i used a jig saw for the one i made for a buddy...i will see if he can upload some pictures for those interested in making one themselves...
