single chamber flowmasters or bullets?
Well a bullet is completely wide open so it's going to flow better, but one chambers do sound much better. 
I've got one chambers on my car. You won't be disappointed in the sound, and I don't think that they are going to cause you to loose much flow anyway.

This is my friends 2000 SS M6. Car has jet hot longtube headers, x pipe, 2.5" exhaust with these one chamber mufflers. They are dumped right before the rear.

I had DynoMax race bullets on my old 2002 Z with the TSP Rumbler X. They sound good with the cam and had some drone to them on the highway (it was an A4). On the CETA I have and ORY with a 1 chamber dumped before the axle. The difference is night and day between the two setups. The TA is louder than the Camaro was but that might be cause of the heads/cam; espically at wide open throttle. FWIW I would pick the 1 chambers over the bullets anyday
