Default Backfiring at WOT in high RPMS

My car is backfiring at over 4500 rpms and only at WOT. Scanned the car last night and it read nothing out of the normal. No misfires, O2 sensors are reading dead on, any ideas what it is?

Thanx

Floyd

COT = Cat Over-Temp protection. Dumps a lot of excess fuel
right at 4500RPM (and above). See the tuning section
here and on LS1.com....

Thanx for the reply. The 02 readings are normal though, so I don't think it's dumping extra fuel. Although I just turned her over in an attempt to re scan the 02's to see if the went rich and found that I'm having a heater circuit dysfunction on my Right FRONT 02 sensor. Would this cause this problem?
