Another Exhaust question
I have a 2000 T/a, and i would like to upgrade to a true dual Exhaust X pipes, i was wondering if anyone offered a kit other than TSP, i like what TSP does but i would like something that goes over the axle and out the back. Is there any kits avaible to buy??
I was looking at these but i still need the pipes to go over the axle...

yeah, youll be hard pressed to find a bolt on TD system that goes over the axle. the only system i know of is Bassini, and that is made to be used with stock manifolds, so you would have to modify it. im not a big fan of it because it is not truly a dual setup AFIC because it flows all the exhaust into one muffler. idk, im happy with the dumped TSP setup i have.

yo could look into the universal dual exhaust kits in jegs or summit. they are designed with tubing to go over each side of the differential. but you could easily route them side by side like the bassani.
best bet is to use the standard Ypipe and just cut the junction off...then run the 2 "legs" into a magnaflow X junction, then out over the axle.

I don't believe anyone out there just sells over the axle true dual setups. Your best bet would be to find a good exhaust shop and then either piece together a set from some of the stores listed above or get the TSP system and then have them fab up the pipes to run it out the back.

If you want to do it right your going to have to go to a good exhaust shop to have them fab it up on the car.
I have stainless true dual's on my car which were done by American Racing Headers here on Long Island. They do amazing work!
You can check them out HERE

You can always give them a call and talk over your set-up with them, they're awesome to deal with

well i cant tech. tell you places that are non-sponsors on this site....but you can buy a kit from a sponsor...headers/td dumps...have a shop install them and ask them to put them out the back...
id do headers myself...thats going to be the most expensive part....drive it to the shop and most places will do it for around 600-700$....so $700 for parts from TSP and $700 for labor is $600 less then 2000$
but your going to have to do the foot work here and find a shop that will do it....i dont live in your area
