need opinions on identifing a weird noise at start up

Default need opinions on identifing a weird noise at start up
it sounds like a damn parakeet under the hood. im thinking its the tensioner but it goes away once the engine warms up. it also speeds up as the rpms rise. so anyone had this come up?

mine did that,,,did a idler pulley change and i havnt heard it since
