I've called QTP with questions and concerns and was treated as good as I treated them.
When i called them i was very nice and considerate. They tossed me around from person to person then i finally got to talk to Barry. I talked to him very nicely as well. All i told him was my headers were not what i expected and not as advertised...he's the one who lost his temper and began to curse. I just dont think your supposed to talk to customers the way he does his. Call them with a complaint and you'll know what i'm talkin about.

All this just makes me happier and happier about my purchase (XS headers) everyday. I was berated non-stop about how there's no way XS could be as good as QTP, Kooks, and the like because of their customer service.

HAHAHA.

I've spoken several times now to the dealer through whom I got my headers, and they have been very responsive and helpful. Just goes to show, nobody's perfect, and I hope everyone keeps that in mind when shopping for aftermarket products.

Getting your panties in a twist over a "weld" and a "badge" is elementary school bullcrap. If a "weld" bugs you that much...imagine how you'll feel once their installed and scratched all to ****.
I hope the headers bang the k-member just so you have to deal with that as well.
Whatever you do....don't grind on the k-member, cuz then it won't be as pretty.

QTP tried to keep you happy by getting your headers out to you quickly rather than making you wait for a silly little badge.

Install the headers and move on with important things like not reproducing.

blah, blah...I don't like the weld...blah,blah...OMG
