I've got a Holley filter. K+N uses a gasket and you have to install it around the air box. It doesn't seal for crap, Holley's filter is updated and proven. Go with Holley

I use a Holley with my TSP lid. Its made much nicer than the K&N.

I have had:

K&N: Floppy piece of crap
Holley: Built well, and would recommend.
Airraid: Built like a holley and matches my engine bay (clear lid)
