01-02 F-bodies came with LS6 intake?

01-02 F-bodies came with LS6 intake? I was paging through an article from March 2003 issue of HPP about a 98 Turbo TA. It was stated in this article that all LS1 f-bodies between 2001-2002 recieved LS6 style intakes. Is this really true?

Check this post out, It was about a month back or so and JPR had some actual flow results as well as different part numbers for 01-02 fbods comapared to the Z06 intake and not only are the part numbers different but the fbod intakes flowed a few cfm's more than the z06 intake!!!!
