Throttle Body Bypass Mod..
Not that this is a difficult mod, but I thought pictures always make things easier for me, so while I did mine, I snapped a few..
The process is easy..
All you need:
Tools:
Flat head screw driver
Plyers
Parts:
2 - 7/16" Worm Clamps
1 - 2" Barbed Brass Fitting
2 - Rubber Caps (optional)
First step:
Remove the connectors from both the MAF and Air Lid. Loosen the rear most worm clamp, to facilitate removal of the Air Lid and Maf. Pic 1.
Remove stock coolant lines from Throttle Body. To do this, use the plyers and flat head screwdriver to pull the stock hose clamps back to ease pulling the coolant lines off the TB. Pic 2.
Once these clamps are removed, simply pull the hoses off the TB. Pic 3.
Once these are removed, slide 1 of the 7/16th worm clamps over each of the loosened coolant lines. Pic 4 and 5.
Next, slide the 2" Barbed Brass fitting into the ends of the coolant lines you just removed from the throttle body and tighten the clamps. Pic 6 and 7.
Optional: Install rubber caps over coolant inlets on the throttle body to keep dust/debris out. Pic 8.
Reinstall the MAF and Air Lid, reconnector connectors and adjust to make sure the coolant lines are not rubbing the pulleys.
All done...

How did you do with with unplugging anything?
You had to pull the lines off of somewhere.. In the very least, you had to remove the lines from the throttle body...

Also, if it is working for you, that is great..
It sounds like a coolant leak just waiting to happen to me and not the way I would do it..

It is hard to believe you picked up power from that.
I took the tubes out of the TB to clean it up and not have unused stuff hanging around.
Other than that I did it the same way you did.
