Yeah the same thing happend to me, but i think its sort of my fault cause i had to bend the tube down to tighten one of the header bolts.

I just jbwelded mine up and its holding fine, but one day ill weld it up. I think this happens to alot of headers though.

got news for ya bud. even the kooks and QTP headers have that problem.
