Default Will Hooker headers fit?

One of my buddies has a 99 trans am. He had super comp headers on them and he took them off. im thinkin about buying them, but i have a 2000 camaro z28. i think they are different, cuz when i go to sponsors website, they have 2 different kinds of headers: one for 1998-1999 and the other for 2000-2002. will they fit on my car??

the differance could be the EGR. 2000 models and up didnt have EGR, and its possible that his has stuff for EGR. you can delete that stuff, alot of people do, just have to get it tuned to keep the check engine light off. i.e. if his has EGR, then you will either have to cut it off and block the holes or just not buy them and get your own. but if his DOES NOT have the EGR stuff then you are set. also keep in mind that you have A.I.R. stuff too. im thinkin if he had super comp hookers then he deleted his air and egr. but im not sure i would have to go and look at the product. other than that i think they would bolt up the same

they should work, and if his have the air and egr tubes deleted, then just delete yours and have the codes tuned out.

there is no difference in the design of the header from 98-02 the only difference is the 98-99 header comes with EGR and AIR and the 00-02 header comes with only AIR!

either way the will fit and if they were on his 99 then it has the egr hook-ups and u still have that if u wanted to hook it up!
