id think boosting that much you would want a cast manifold

i wouldn't think there would be a problem...stock ls1 and ls6 manifold take that kind of pressure no sweat and the fast is much stonger than they are. a fast manifold and one of their 36lb burst panel kit should do you more than fine.

This question comes out on the boosted board quite a bit. They are maybe a problem past 20psi but think you can just add some rtv in there to go past that. They do have that burst panel option but thats more for serious overboost or nitrous backfire condition. I am running mine and plan on staying just a bit under 20psi likely whatever gets me to 850rwhp on my twin turbo soon to be 408. I like the option for direct port nitrous and likely will run a small shot of another 100 or 150 or so. Turbos and nitrous get along real well. Nitrous spins them up really fast and cools things off really nice.

There are few guys running pretty big boost with the fast again talking under 20 though.
They do say for boosted applications ls6 and ported stock tb or even bone stock tb is likely good enough though. So if you don't have the fast you might want to stick with ls6 intake or l72 if you use l92 heads. Ls6 intake has taken really big boost numbers. The Super hardcore guys go to that funky looking carb type intake usually.

there are people making over 800rwhp with a ls6 intake and a fast is supposed to be stronger so i doubt you would have a problem

just make sure the bolts are good and tight and that the seals aren't messed up at all and it should take it maybe put some rtv on there to be safe
