Rpm gauge not reading?

Rpm gauge not reading? I just put my motor in and my rpm gauge is not responding, what can i check to see if i can fix it? Fuel and Oil are also not working, but my concern right now is my rpm, i know i am getting oil pressure, buts its not reading im thinking its the sending unit but all my gauges going down like this makes me believe its something else.
