Too bad...

If you want to do a test on a D1SC 6 speed, let me know. You still have a facility in Detroit, right?

This has nothing to do with the post.

We will only take customers who are willing to drop the vehicle off.

Here is all the info:
Leave it at SLP for 2-3 days
You get a FREE Before dyno run
You get a FREE after dyno run
You get a FREE Long Tube Header System

Let me know what more you need info wise.

Thanks

I dont really understand why stock stuff would matter on the car right? Wouldnt SLP just take it off no matter what it is and put in their new exhaust? Weird. I guess i understand it might be easier since they already know what stock stuff looks like so maybe that? Anyways wish i could take my car up there that would kick ***

We need a stock vehicle untouched exhaust manifolds so that we can be sure no one changed any EGR or A.I.R pipes & hoses. This is the reason for the fit check.

Thanks

They need their basline dyno to be as low as possible, thus being in the stock form. This will ensure maximum HP gains.

We have plenty of baselines from 2000-2002 for the hp gains as well with mods. This is a fit test for EGR/A.I.R. thus the need for stock exhaust manifolds. We threw in the dyno tests to be good guys and sweeten the pot since we are posting on LS1tech for the request. If it has a cam/TB/rockers and so on that is fine, as long as the exhaust manifolds are untouched stock.

We are at:
1501 Industrial Way North
Toms river NJ

As long as you have stock exhaust manifolds untouched. You can have any cat-back.

If its for track/race use, why does it have provisions for EGR or A.I.R. pipes?

Track/Race use because the new design provides power gains improved in the mid to RPM range.

Provision for EGR and A.I.R. so you do not pollute the environment.

Too bad. I have a 2000 and it's an M6, but it has PURE stock manifolds and "converter downpipes" on it still with EGR and air pump as well.

I also live ~ 45 minutes away!
