I have XS stainless headers, O/R Y and the MagnaFlow catcack and it's still pretty quiet! Even with a BIG cam! Great for daily Driving though. Can still hear the stock radio at normal volumes, hear the cell phone ring and talk on it no problem. Zero rasp though which I really like. Wont really scare anybody.(Which would be nice sometimes.)
Have a couple buddies with similar set-ups one with Borla and another with SLP and they are both loud as hell and raspy as can be. Have to throw it in Neutral and coast to use cell phone.

I have it on a 2000 Z28 and it doesnt sound bad. Very nice tone. pretty quiet inside with stock manifolds and cats. I just added mac mids and mac catted y and it sounds better already but havent been able to get it out and road test it. I know it sounds really good at WOT outside the car. Also, a buddy of mine had it and the longer you have it the better it starts to sound as it burns in. Very nice piece too being stainless. I Would use it again on a future car.
If you guys are interested in a used Magnaflow catback I have one that I was planning on selling. Its been on my car since June. I would sell it for $200 shipped. Its as good as new besides some scratches and discoloring due to heat cycles. Nothing that you would see while its on the car though. PM me if interested and I will get back to you when I get off work tonight.
