Oil On #2 Spark Plug PCV Problem?

Oil On #2 Spark Plug PCV Problem? I have a forged H/C/I 347 with about 700 miles. I have been having a problem recently with oil getting on #2 spark plug and oily threads on all. I use loctite on my rocker arm bolts, if that matters. I done a cam swap today and changed plugs and will check tomorrow and see if it changes with new plugs and loctite. Any ideas?

my two cents, check the valve cover gasket if it is outside the spark plug...obvious....if it is in the electrode you could have a bad piston ring or maybe just broken/bent pushrods...not an internal genious so no one burn me...
